Report of the Working Group on Rural Domestic Water and Sanitation
This report makes a complete assessment of the water and sanitation situation in the country while reviewing the performance of the 11th Five Year Plan. The report covers topics like issues in coverage, quality of water, sustainability of the source, operation and management, and the access of disadvantaged sections to water. The report also makes certain recommendations for the 12th Five Year Plan, in terms of both planning and financing.
